If our price on your chair drops before Christmas, we refund the difference.
Which orders qualify
Orders for a Relaxe massage chair (Standard · 3D, Max · 3D or Pro · 4D) placed on relaxe.co from November 4 through December 24, 2026 (Eastern Time).
What counts as a price drop
Relaxe lowers its advertised price on relaxe.co for the same chair model before December 25, 2026. The advertised price is the price shown for that chair model on relaxe.co.
How to claim
Contact Relaxe support within 14 days after the lower price first appears on relaxe.co, by phone at 213-510-1483 or by email at hello@relaxe.co. Include your order number.
What you get
We refund the difference between the price you paid for the chair and the lower advertised price, plus the sales tax you paid on that difference, to your original payment method. For orders financed through Affirm, the refund is processed through Affirm. For HSA or FSA payments, it goes back through the original payment method.
Limits
One price adjustment per order. The guarantee does not apply to:
- prices on other websites or marketplaces;
- open-box or refurbished units;
- employee or partner pricing;
- obvious pricing errors; or
- orders that have already been refunded or returned.
Christmas On Us
A price adjustment does not affect your Christmas On Us entry. If your order wins, the prize refund covers what you paid after any adjustment.
